Yale-NUS College provides an environment that supports a rich student life involving a wide range of student events and student organisations. Many of our student organisations are actively involved in organising and discussing Global Affairs related events and issues. Hispanic Students Association of Yale-NUS College

The vision of the Hispanic Students Association (HSA) is to be a representative voice for Hispanic cultures, rights and issues. The HSA seeks to share the diversity and distinctiveness of Hispanic cultures with the wider Yale-NUS College community, fostering tolerance and dispelling stereotypes while enhancing the international and cosmopolitan ethos of the College. Our organisation has hosted Latino and Spanish Cultural Awareness weeks, bringing ambassadors from five countries to our campus, conducting cooking and dance workshops, screening movies and hosting lectures. We are currently working on expanding our connections with the larger Latino and Spanish communities in Singapore, and in setting up partnerships with academic institutions at Yale.
