Kellynn Wee works as the Research and Communications Officer for the Migrating out of Poverty project at the Asia Research Institute (NUS). She is involved in research projects focusing on recruitment practices within the migration industry in Singapore and Indonesia as well as the policy processes behind the formulation of the ‘day off’ policy for migrant domestic workers in Singapore. She is interested in the intersections between academic research and concrete, targeted and meaningful advocacy and policy change.
